We’ve put together a list of our top 10 gift ideas that’ll stoke out the skater in your life while also supporting the brands and organizations that elevate women in skateboarding.
This post isn’t an attempt to get kickbacks or affiliation benefits (or whatever they’re called… we don’t even know). We just wanted to share the love this festive season and shout out some of our favorite brands and organizations run by and/or supporting ladies of shred. We’re big believers that the best way to keep skateboarding alive and well, and in the hands of skateboarders, is to support the people within our community — from independent brands and skate shops to the grassroots organizations harnessing skateboarding’s ability to make the world a better place.
We’ve linked a lot of these products directly to the brand’s website since we don’t know where you’re shopping from, but we recommend checking if your local skate shop stocks the item you want and shopping there instead. Skate shops are the backbone of our industry and supporting them, supports skateboarding culture (seriously… read about how important they are here). Shop small and shop smart these holidays and make your money count toward more than just a gift under the tree.
Doyenne’s latest capsule collection features a collaboration with London-based Hart Club, an organization championing neurodiversity within the arts. Doyenne supported their latest project, Hart School, a 3 month Arts program that focuses on enabling and empowering some of the most creative but marginalized people in our society.
Doyenne worked with two of Hart School’s students, Serafina and Yandgzom, who have been collaborating in the creation of two final art pieces reflecting on the themes of comfort, adaptation, and wellbeing. There are 6 products in the collection, and for every purchase, Doyenne will plant 1 tree and donate 10% of proceeds to Hart Club to support their Hart School program.

It fits in your pocket and it’s spillproof so you can take it everywhere.
Kristin Ebeling is one of the hardest-working (and hardest-shredding) women in skateboarding so we were so happy to see her go pro for Meow Skateboards this year. The cherry on top is that her board was designed by skate legend Jessie Van Rouchoudt. The KEBS pro model was hand-crafted by PS Stix and comes in 3 different sizes: 7.75, 8.00, and 8.25.
